These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the basis upon which Regents LED (referred to in these Terms as "we", "us", "our" or "the Company") makes this website available for access and use, and by accessing, browsing, navigating or otherwise making use of this website, or by submitting any enquiry or other communication to us by means of any electronic form made available upon it, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and your agreement to be bound by them, and if you do not accept them you should refrain from further use of this website. These Terms are concerned with the use of the website itself and with nothing further; in particular, and for the avoidance of any doubt whatsoever, they do not constitute and are not to be construed as constituting the terms upon which we supply goods or services to any person, the supply of goods or services by us being governed in every case by such separate conditions of sale, quotation, order acknowledgement, specification or contract as may be agreed between us and the customer in question at the material time, which separate terms shall prevail over these Terms in the event and to the extent of any inconsistency between them in relation to any such supply. We may revise these Terms at any time by amending this page, and any such revision takes effect from the moment of its publication here, with the consequence that you are advised to consult this page from time to time in order to satisfy yourself as to the terms then in force, the date stated at the head of this page being the means by which the currency of the version you are reading may be ascertained; your continued use of this website following the publication of any revised version constitutes your acceptance of that version. Photography of installed projects is published by us for illustrative purposes and may depict premises, works or installations belonging to our customers, and no right to reproduce, publish or otherwise exploit any such photograph is conferred upon you by its appearance here.
